Navigating the Social Networking Maze

I’m having a heck of a time managing social networking. One social network is bad enough, but my “friends” belong to different networks and for some reason I felt compelled to join them all. Well not ALL of the social networks, but enough of them that I’m struggling to manage them. If I can’t be active, it defeats the purpose of joining.
